The approach of a low pressure system from the northern Plains will keep cloud cover overhead and lead to a chance of scattered showers overnight into the morning Sunday mainly along and south of the Highway 29 corridor. The clouds and a chance of scattered showers or drizzle will continue throughout the area Sunday as the low passes through.
A somewhat warmer temperature pattern is expected next week. Showers and storms will be possible at times Wednesday through Saturday, with a chance of isolated showers Tuesday.
