Badgers crack top 10 in AP Poll after trouncing of Michigan

The Badgers were absolutely dominant in their 35-14 win over Michigan Saturday,  and they were rewarded for it Sunday.

Wisconsin jumped five spots in the AP Top 25 Poll to number 8. It’s their first time in the top 10 since week three last season, when they were ranked number 6.

The Badgers have gotten out to a 3-0 start, with wins over USF, Central Michigan and Michigan.

They’ve outscored their opponents by a combined 145-14 in those games, and didn’t surrender their first points until the second half of their game against the Wolverines.

Wisconsin hosts Northwestern in another Big Ten showdown on Saturday.
