The Wisconsin Badgers men’s basketball team is going dancing again. After missing out on the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 19 years last season, the Badgers head back to the Big Dance.
Wisconsin received a No. 5 seed in the South regional and will play Pac-12 Tournament champion Oregon and No. 12 seed on Friday in San Jose, California.
The Badgers enter the tournament with a 23-10 record and a fourth place finish in the Big Ten Conference standings with a 14-6 finish.
Wisconsin advanced to the Big Ten Tournament semifinal after taking down Nebraska on Friday, but suffered its first double-digit loss of the season to the eventual tournament champion Michigan State on Saturday.
