Packers to interview Adam Gase for head coaching job

Add another name to the list.

Reports surfaced Friday afternoon that the Packers will interview former Miami Dolphins Head Coach Adam Gase.

Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel first reported the news. The interview is expected to take place Sunday, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN.

Gase has already met with the Cardinals and Jets about their vacancies.

The Dolphins fired Gase after going 23-25 in three seasons and just one playoff appearance.

The Packers have already interviewed Joe Philbin, who took over in an interim role after Mike McCarthy was fired.

In addition, they talked with Jim Caldwell and Chuck Pagano before the season ended, and now will talk to Patriots OC Josh McDaniels, Patriots DC Brian Flores, Saints TE Coach Dan Campbell, Titans OC Matt LaFleur, Steelers OL Coach Mike Munchak, and Saints OC Pete Carmichael Jr.
