Six arrested in Forest Co. drug bust

TOWN OF LINCOLN, Wis. (WAOW) — Six people are in custody at the Forest County Jail after a drug bust in the Town of Lincoln.

According to a press release from the Forest County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred on March 7 at approximately 7:19 pm, when officials received a 911 call about a fight and partying at 7840 Love Knot Lane.

As officials arrived at the residence, they encountered a man who was attempting to jump out of one of the windows. When ordered to show his hands, the suspect refused and went back inside the home, the release said.

Then, officials found a woman, identified as Tammy Mann, 23, of Lac Du Flambeau, hiding in a basement window well outside of the home, per the release. Afterward, authorities spoke with the home’s owner, identified as 47-year-old Robert Daniels, who said that nothing was ongoing and that he was the only person at the home, the release added.

However, the release said, the following people were found hiding in the house:

Andrew Phillips, 44, of Laona

Alyssa Wamego, 26, of Wabeno

Richard Harris, 43, of Wabeno, who was the man initially attempting to jump out of the window, per the release

Geraldine Dubray, 45, of Fargo

Additionally, officials encountered “several items of drug paraphernalia was located in plain view as well as a white powder substance” while clearing the residence, according to the release.

At 10:56 pm, a search warrant was conducted at the house, per the release, where detectives found heroin, cocaine, marijuana, prescription pills, digital scales and multiple items of drug paraphernalia throughout.

According to the release, officials are recommending the following charges for the six suspects:

Robert Daniels: Felon in Possession of Firearms, Felony Possession of Heroin with intent to Deliver, Felony Possession of Cocaine, Felony Possession of THC, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, Possession of Schedule II Pills and Obstructing an officer.

Andrew L Phillips: Felony Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing an officer.

Richard J Harris: Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Obstructing an officer.

Tammy P Mann: Criminal Damage to Property, Attempted Escape, 2 Counts of Obstructing an Officer, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 3 Counts of Felony Bail Jumping and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.

Allyssa A Wamego: Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing an Officer & Bail Jumping

Geraldine F Dubray: Possession of THC, 2 Counts Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Obstructing an Officer and Bail Jumping.
