STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WAOW) — Investigators released security camera photos of suspects in credit card fraud.

Two men are suspected of using a stolen credit card in Stevens Point, Schofield and Wausau in recent months.

Surveillance cameras captured two men purchasing items at various Kwik Trip locations, totaling over $700 worth of merchandise.

Stevens Point Police Chief Anthony Zblewski said they were driving a dark colored 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo with Illinois license plates. He added that the suspects’ clothing stood out.

“Their jackets were very distinctive,” said Zblewski. “They’re very, you know, unique. You don’t see a lot of these around Stevens Point, Wisconsin, so those might be helpful as far as jogging someone’s memory. Or any kind of information to help us identify these guys would be fantastic.”

Anyone with information about the crime should contact Portage County Crime Stoppers at 1-888-346-6600.

You can make tips anonymously through Portage County Crime Stoppers and you could be eligible for a cash reward.
