Wausau (WAOW)– The staff for U.S. Senator Ron Johnson in a partnership with The Cross Church of Wausau, is holding a Joseph Project training session in Wausau through Thursday March 21st.

Project participants go through four days focusing on skills necessary for being successful on the job. Classes are held on communication, conflict resolution, time management, personal finance and goal setting. Those who complete the week are guaranteed a job interview with employers who are looking to hire.

“There are people that are in need of jobs and there are jobs that are available out there so what we basically do is we connect these individuals and give them the right skill sets that they need so that the future employers will be able to have these individuals come and work at their businesses” said Yauo Yang the Pastor at The Cross Church of Wausau.

This is the 68th Joseph Project session since the program’s inception in 2015 in Milwaukee. More information about the program can be found here
