Remaining Ad Time Ad - 00:00

For this week’s segment of Garden Goodies, Justin switched it up and went out to someone else’s garden to take a look at something he doesn’t grow!

Dawn Will is a local gardener and she grows grapes and apples. She said she grows purple grapes which are fairly good for eating and an all-around grape.

She also has some apples growing in her orchard and she has some early grapes that Justin used to make some applesauce cookies!

Justin’s Applesauce Cookies Recipe:

  • Form small balls of batter and place them on the baking sheet, about 1-2 inches apart.

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cookies are just golden brown and cooked through. (be sure not to over cook!)
