MARATHON COUNTY (WAOW) – A 29-year-old Edgar man is charged with pulling a gun in a bar fight and threatening the lives of two men, according to court records filed in Marathon County.
Investigators said Victor Lottice II was outside the Cassel Bar & Grill on County Highway N on May 17 when an argument escalated into a physical altercation.
The other men involved said Lottice swung at them and the father of the other man involved punched Lottice multiple times until he stopped, according to court records.
When Lottice got up, the men told investigators he pulled a gun and said, “do you want to f***ing die?”
The owner initially denied to authorities that a gun was involved, but later changed his statement and admitted he had put the gun in the bar’s safe, according to the criminal complaint.
Lottice has been charged with recklessly endangering safety.
A judge set a $10,000 signature bond.
He’s due back in court next month.
