Green Bay Metro Fire Department warns residents about flooding tonight

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) — Green Bay Metro Fire Department wants to warn residents in flood-prone areas to monitor the areas around them.

City Officials say the water levels are rising along the East and Fox Rivers and is already ponding in streets and trails along the rivers.

With more rainfall in the forecast, they say it could result in flooding.

The fire department says those living in areas that are prone to flooding should be prepared to leave, if necessary.
