Marathon County(WAOW)— Ruppel Chiropractic receives the Wausau Region Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business of the Year Award in the Business-to-Consumer category.
In 2010, it began operation with the idea that rehabilitation shouldn’t be boring.
The clinic specializes in different soft tissue techniques and active rehabilitation not available in the area. This has allowed the business to expand its office and staff size.
But its not all about winning the prize during small business week, it’s the valuable learning and networking opportunities with other businesses.
“So many other businesses to learn from, to network with, to recognize what they do well, and what area we can improve in. Its a joy, the work the chamber does, that we’re able to work together to better are businesses,” said Abby Ruppel of Ruppel Chiropractic.
Owner Dr. Steve Ruppel understands athletes and their rehabilitation concerns. He is a 10-time Ironman competition finisher.
Dr. Ruppel is also a multiple Guinness Book of World Records holder according to their website. He has also been in the news for his recent viewing of the Marvel Comics movie “Captain Marvel” 116 times, another possible record.
Ruppel Chiropractic offers a variety of services at their Weston office, off Schofield Ave. Some including Chiropractic, Soft Tissue Mobilization, Kinesiology, and Taping Laser Therapy Treatment Sessions.
