WAUSAU, Wis. (WAOW) — Some preschoolers put their paint brushes to the paper Friday at the Wausau Center Mall.

‘Preschool Picassos’ was held at the Wausau Children’s Museum inside the mall.

A local artist, Stephanie Kohli, was at the museum, helping kids get creative.

The kids picked their favorite colors and then created masterpieces.

“The children just love to paint, love to create and this gives them an opportunity to not only practice a lot of those hand eye coordination or spacious skills but also put their emotions into their painting,” Co-Founder of the Wausau Children’s Museum, Shelly Bovet said.

Parents at the event said it was something they couldn’t pass it.
