PORT EDWARDS (WAOW) — The former Port Edwards police chief will still receive more than $56,000, according to the administrator.

This after she resigned in November amid mid-conduct allegations.

Jennifer Iverson will get her pay for nine months and six months of healthcare.

A hearing was scheduled on the accusations – but were canceled when she resigned.

A complaint says Iverson left guns unattended at a festival.

The village is currently working on hiring a replacement police chief.
