Two new plaques hang on the walls of a Price County hospital in memory of a fallen medical helicopter crew.
Spirit medical transport tweeted a picture Thursday of the permanent tribute to the spirit crew at Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls.
They bear the names of the three men killed when their medical chopper crashed three months ago in Oneida County just short of their destination.
They were on their way back from taking a patient to Madison.
Our friends and partners at Flambeau Hospital in Park Falls created two plaques to honor our fallen Spirit 2 crew. We’d like to thank Flambeau Hospital for the support you’ve given us, not just over the last two months, but for the last 25 years. #SpiritStrong #EMS #ParkFalls pic.twitter.com/EtSGDaPCrb
