St. Paul Lutheran Church celebrates renovations

Church goers of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Stevens Point were able to have Sunday service in their church after a three month long renovation.

Volunteers of the church re did the original wood work and updated the electrical wiring throughout the church.

One of the pastors of the church tells News 9 the renovations will help the congregation in many ways than one. 

"This current renovation is going to help us continue to do ministry here in Stevens Point area and around the world," said Pastor Steve Hulke. "We are excited to have that opportunity to not only beautify God’s house and continue ministry."

The was the first renovation that the church has gone through in 83 years.
