(WAOW) -- The Green Bay Packers have released their 2021 regular season schedule.
Green Bay will hit the road week one to face the New Orleans Saints for an afternoon games, then welcome the Lions at home in week 2. Week 3 at San Francisco, 4 against Steelers, 5 at Cincinnati, etc.
The Packers will take a late bye at week 13, a win when considering the addition of week 17 starting this season. But the stretch of week 6-17 will be tough for the pack. Between 6 and 17, the packers will face only two non-playoff teams (Arizona and MN).
The release of the schedule is the second news item coming out of Green Bay Wednesday, ESPN's Adam Schefter reporter the team is also signing veteran QB Blake Bortles in lieu of the potential absence of Aaron Rodgers.
