Marathon County snowmobile trails close due to warm weather

MARATHON COUNTY, Wis (WAOW) — Snowmobile trails in Marathon County are closing, but they could open again by the end of the week.

The Marathon County Parks, Recreation and Forestry department says the county's snowmobile trails are closing due to warm weather.

Trails have already been closed to ATV's and UTV's, snowmobiles joined that list at 6 am.

The trails will stay closed for the rest of the week, but most trails are set to reopen on Griday.
