What to watch as House moves to impeach Trump for 2nd time

(WAOW/AP)—On Wednesday, Jan. 13, the House of Representatives is scheduled to debate and vote on an article of impeachment against President Trump.

It's the second time in 13 months the Democratic-controlled House moves to impeach him, this time over a speech made at a rally in D.C on January 6.

The start of proceedings in the House is scheduled to begin sometime after: 8:00 am CT. ABC News will be providing anchored coverage of the House proceedings starting at approximately 8:00 am CT on Wednesday.
