Lake DuBay (WAOW)--- The 12th annual ice fishing tournament 'Fishin' for a Mission' returns to Lake DuBay Saturday, raising money for charity.

The tournament will award cash prizes for the top five Northern, Walleye, and Pan fish caught. Organizers will raffle off more than $30,000 in prizes, over the course of the day.

All proceeds from 'Fishin' for a Mission' will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Organizers say the tournament has continued to grow since it started in 2008 because of the it's charitable nature.

"I think its growing because people have fun doing it, they also feel passionate about the cause for the tournament and understand that it's for the kids and that's the main focus here," said Joe Malone, Board Member of Fishin' for a Mission.

Pre-registration is available Friday at Dock of DuBay, which also serves as the headquarters of 'Fishin' for a Mission'. Same day registration is also available starting at 6:00 a.m. Saturday at the dock.

The tournament is from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday. It costs $10 to participate.
