(WAOW) -- A Marathon County judge set a $100,000 signature bond Friday for a DC Everest High School teacher accused of invasion of privacy.

Travis Greil, 39, who taught 10th thru 12th grade Social Studies at the school, had his probable cause hearing in Marathon County Court Friday.

Greil was accused of up-skirting students, with one of his devices allegedly having 138 images stored.

Prosecutors also say Greil, who is expected to be formally charged Feb 28, committed the act for five years.
