The Packers are moving on to the NFC Championship in California after beating the Seahawks 28-23.
It was a good start for the Packers in Lambeau Field tonight. First drive of the game: 8 plays and 75 yards later, Aaron Rodgers finds Davante Adams in the endzone for the 20-yard touchdown. Packers were up 7-0 early.
After an uneventful couple minutes, the Seahawks finally get on the board at the end of the first. Jason Myers' 45-yard field goal is good. The Packers were still up 7-3 heading into the second quarter.
Green Bay keeps it rolling in the second. Aaron Jones finds the endzone with a one-yard rush to end a 9 play, 75 yard drive.
The Packers defense shining tonight as well as they hold the Seahawks to another field goal. A big thanks to Za'Darius Smith, who has two sacks in the first half. Myers' 50-yard field goal attempt is no good and the Packers still lead 14-3.
The following drive the Packers take it down the field again. Third and goal on the one-yard line, Aaron Jones runs it in again for his second touchdown of the game. Packers led 21-3 as time expired in the first half.
The Seahawks finally found the endzone in the second half. To end their first drive in the third quarter, Marshawn Lynch runs it in one yard for the touchdown.
The Packers answer on the next drive though. Rodgers finds Adams again, this time for the 40-yard touchdown. Green Bay leading 28-10 now.
Seattle's offense finally on a roll. Twelve plays and 84 yard later, Russell Wilson finds Tyler Lockett for the 7-yard touchdown, closing the Seahawks deficit to 11.
The Packers offense is unable to retaliate on the next drive. Seattle gets the ball back and takes it down the field again. They find the endzone for the third time this half as Lynch runs it in one yard again. The Packers are only leading by 5 points now.
Green Bay able to hold off the Seahawks for the rest of the quarter winning 28-23.
