Oneida Co. (WAOW) — The Wisconsin Supreme Court denied the appeal request for Ashlee Martinson.
She was convicted of killing her mom and stepfather in 2015 when she was 17 years old.
She’s currently serving a 23 year prison sentence.
It happened outside of Rhinelander. Her siblings inside the home at the time. Martinson allegedly locking them into a room before stabbing her mom and shooting her stepfather.
Court documents say Martinson was emotionally, physically and sexually abused before committing the murders.
A petition was filed to the state Supreme Court however it was denied.
