There were peeks of sunshine, but otherwise the afternoon was mostly cloudy, breezy and cool. Highs ranged from the mid 50s far-north to the mid 60s far-south.

There will be a chance of a few light showers across the far-north during the evening, otherwise some breaks in the cloud cover are expected. More clouds will overspread the area later tonight. Some light rain could reach the western and southwestern parts of the area late.

Friday will be cool, with scattered showers as well as a chance of T-storms. Storms later in the afternoon and through the evening could produce gusty winds and some hail. Southeast winds will be breezy at times.

The Memorial Day weekend will feature dry weather, as well as some possible shower activity. The warmest day of the weekend will be Saturday, with Sunday and Monday trending cooler. There will be a chance of a few showers and possible T-storms later Saturday across the far-east and south, then again throughout the area Monday afternoon into Tuesday morning. More showers and storms will be possible later Tuesday into Wednesday.
