It looks like you can consider 2019 Cole Madison’s official rookie season.
The offensive lineman was taken in the 5th round last season, then missed the entire season as he dealt with the death of a close friend and former teammate.
Multiple sources reported late Monday afternoon that Madison was in Green Bay as the team began voluntary off season workouts. He’s also been reinstated to the roster.
General Manager Brian Gutekunst said, at the time, that he believed Madison could compete for the right starting job at right guard.
The team announced select players will be available Wednesday afternoon.
